Hi, I'm Esha Lahiri, a parenting coach and a mother. Every mother wants the same things for her child, deep down. You also want your everyday moments with them to feel a little less exhausting, less repetitive, and less like second-guessing yourself. I help moms of young kids hold both of those at once. My approach is grounded in child psychology, NLP, and training in calm, connected parenting methods. I've also completed a school counseling course, which has given me a closer, practical understanding of how kids actually think, learn, and grow, not just in theory, but in real classrooms and real homes. I'm a mother too, so I know this isn't about getting everything right. It's about having the right tools for the moments that matter, the ones where your child is learning who they are, and whether they're capable, curious, and confident enough to go after what they want.
