EDI & Data Integration:
Extensive experience with X12 HIPAA, X12N, HL7, NCPDP, XML, PFF, DFF, and JSON formats, covering data validation, custom implementation guidelines, translations, ETL processes, code migration, and SNIP edit configuration (enable/relax). Skilled in routing logic, and managing external partner onboarding, including configuration, updates, and maintenance of trading partner agreements and relationships.
FHIR Interoperability:
Applied knowledge of FHIR standards and CMS/ONC-mandated implementation guides, including USCDI, CARIN for Blue Button, and Da Vinci (e.g., Prior Authorization Support). Experienced in enabling microservices-based interoperability via FHIR-compliant APIs, supporting key workflows such as Patient Access, Provider Directory, Payer-to-Payer, and Clinical Data Exchange.
Proficient in deploying and managing solutions across SaaS platforms, utilizing Application Load Balancers, API gateways, and cloud-native services. Skilled in certificate and key management, authentication and authorization, encryption, logging, security testing, and real-time monitoring and reporting—ensuring regulatory compliance, system integrity, and secure data exchange in healthcare ecosystems.
