I was born in Bolivia, raised in Lima, Peru and Montevideo, Uruguay until my family moved to New York as a result of my father's work with IBM. This foundation inspired my life as a whole. I have lived and worked in five continents, and over 50 countries. I speak several languages and possess a keen appreciation for people of diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Beyond my personal journey, my career has focused on building organizations from the ground up in corporate, nonprofit and international sectors. It provides me the perspective and flexibility required to support clients across different sectors, globally, domestically, large and small. During the last decade, I have designed and led people and culture strategies to guide clients and organizations in achieving their goals. This includes creating and executing change management and talent initiatives, restructuring processes, integrating technology, and implementing tools to drive agility and innovation. I am a certified coach and leverage my work and career to create a safe space where clients feel free to express themselves without judgement. They may be stuck, at a crossroads, looking to reinvent, transform to create a future that aligns with their authentic selves, and what they value most. Through exploration, discovery and clear action plans and accountability, they will design a roadmap, and manage transformation in alignment to priorities, lifestyle, and where they are in their career and personal lives. The use of tools and processes is designed to uncover and discover long-lost hopes and dreams, find true motivation and purpose and see where habits and fears may have become blocks. By eliminating or becoming aware of those blocks, clients are able to understand themselves and take action to create fulfilment in life and work. I have a B.S. in Business Administration from Pace University, and an MBA from the European Business School focused on International Management. My passion for integrating art and science into what I do speaks to my respect for the universal qualities that unite us as human beings. I love the outdoors, literary fiction, film, painting, playing with clay, classical, jazz and rock music, and photography. This, and travel, forever keep my sense of wonder and renewal alive.
