I’ve lived in 10 cities worldwide and I thrive in multiculturality. I've grown my career for more than 15 years leading multidisciplinary & teams across locations, and I have extensive experience in building and leading organizations, across finance, analysis, innovation, strategy design, change management and large transformational initiatives related to data and technology. I'm a strong believer of the power of mentoring and coaching, and I am a certified coach. I lead the business model management teams at Amazon Freight Partners for EU, focusing on optimizing the economic model, defining key metrics related to financial performance, sustainability, use of EV and alternate fuel vehicles, among others, and leveraging technology to improve performance management, capacity planning, rating and day to day operations. Inside and outside Amazon, I'm also an advocate of DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) initiatives with a specific interest on gender and on unconscious and cultural bias. At the bottom of everything I do professionally is a strong interest on the responsible use of Ai, tech and data by organizations and individuals, bringing people & technology together to augment both. I like to share my experience and knowledge to enable growth of others, by being a speaker (TEDx, MIT Ai Summit among others), university professor, mentor and advisor. Outside work you'll find me listening to music 98% of the time, watching the world through my children's eyes, writing short and not so short stories, and convincing myself to not have more pets. *Opinions are my own*
