About me
Ludhiya is a policy specialist with over nine years of experience in policy development, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation of policies and programs across NGOs, government, and multilateral organizations.
She is currently working as an Evidence and Research Adviser at FCDO, British High Commission. She was previously working at the OECD, supporting international development cooperation to improve the impact and implementation of the SDG 2030. As a Policy Analyst, she conducted analytical research and evaluation on development financing policies and practices on a range of policy issues, including global health, human rights, climate change, gender, and produced learnings on what works.
Prior to OECD, she worked as a Policy Associate to senior bureaucrats at the Government of India and led monitoring, evaluation, and capacity building of national and state government programs across sectors such as education, WASH, child rights, and the environment.
Ludhiya is passionate about youth-led change and community engagement, and has volunteered with multiple NGOs and non-profits. Notably, she spearheaded the operations and strategy for BloodConnect, an NGO that aimed to address blood shortages in India through voluntary blood donation.
She is a graduate from Sciences Po, Paris (2021) and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi (2016).
