For many years I lived pursuing external goals. I became a Software Engineer, worked in the tech industry for over twelve years -from developer to team lead to high management as Engineering lead-. I was very successful externally, but inside I was feeling stuck and lost, feeling the weight of burnout, and wondering where the passion went. My path led me on a very deep self-development and spiritual journey to redefine success, align with my true purpose, and create a career that brings me JOY.
