Career Guidance (Fresher/Mid-Senior)

Over the years, working for IT firms in both type of organisations(MNCs and Startup) have given me a lot of exposure on how things work here. In the past I have a pretty good experience of mentoring people be it my juniors from school, college, workplace and even working for NGOs. And now I want to take it one level ahead to guide people who more or less come from a similar background and might have similar doubts and queries which I also had when I was at their place.

This session will be more like an interactive discussion wherein I'll try to understand your background, interests, likes/dislikes, personality and so on to give you a sense of direction or path which will help you grow and achieve more towards your long term goal.
