Bienvenue! My name is Loredane 👋🏼 I’m the founder of Komai, an EdTech platform transforming language learning with personalized, AI-driven solutions. I split my time between Beijing and Riyadh while pursuing an Executive MBA at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia. I’m passionate about creating tailored language learning experiences that empower students and tutors. At Komai, we match learners with tutors based on their interests, language level, and availability. Our platform offers live video tutoring and customized study plans to help learners achieve fluency more effectively. Alongside building Komai, I’m deeply engaged in research on how AI can enhance education in the gig economy. My interests include exploring sustainable business models, micro equity, and profit-sharing in platform-based businesses, particularly in the education technology space. Through my MBA, I’m focused on developing strategies that scale these models globally while maintaining inclusivity and long-term impact. With over a decade of experience as a pedagogical engineer and French teacher, I’ve developed learning paths for over 9,000 learners, helping them achieve their language goals. My European law, linguistics, and web development background gives me a unique perspective on how technology and strategy intersect in education.
