Hi! I'm Litisha from Mumbai, India. A fun fact about me is that I’ve never formally applied for any research or corporate roles. I’ve gotten all my opportunities through cold emailing only. (And you can too!) I love education and promoting college access, so I’m currently helping students build unconventional high school experiences (passion projects, intellectual vitality, cold emailing, getting internship and jobs, standardised testing, and more!). I also run Ayika Foundation, a global environmental education non-profit to mobilise youth energy in climate action. We’re currently operational in 5 cities. I received the 2023 Diana Award and Social Reformer of the Year 2023 award by Cabinet Minister Piyush Goyal for my work at Ayika.
