Are you an individual contributor looking to get into your first people management role? This is the session for you. In this 1:1 course, you will learn effective ways to become and show you are ready to take on this type of role. You will also learn some challenges that might arise and how to best conquer them (example: managing your peers, building influence with experienced leaders, and challenging the status quo).
