With over 14 years of experience in UX, design systems, front-end engineering, and product management, I have a passion for intuitive user experiences, scalable design systems, and serving as a bridge between design and engineering. My multidisciplinary background spans UX design, product management, and front-end engineering, and I have been involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, including innovation projects, design sprints, discovery, roadmapping, and post-launch iteration and measurement. I managed company-wide apps, content editors, and productivity tools at Salesforce, where I received multiple innovation awards. I also founded and ran Girl Develop It Indianapolis, a community group that promotes diversity and inclusion in tech, and teaches introductory courses in front-end development and product design. I received a TechPoint Rising Star Mira award for my efforts to better the Indianapolis tech community.
