WHY I DO THAT: I have an experience in career coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, and personal branding.I leverage my social media skills and engineering background to source and attract top talent for various technology companies and their enterprise clients. I have extensive experience in using LinkedIn Talent Pipeline, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms to find passive job seekers and provide them with the latest job opportunities. I also excel in leading teams, training and mentoring junior sales personnel and recruiters, and negotiating best salaries and contracts for candidates. I have received multiple awards and recognitions for my performance and contributions. My responsibility to partner with clients to customize solutions that involve all or part of a client’s recruiting operations. These responsibilities include recruiting strategy, sourcing and screening, candidate assessment, candidate management, offer negotiation, and on-boarding.
