Hello, I’m Preetjyot Kaur Mehra, a passionate parenting coach, educator, and founder of Inspire Parenting Hub. My journey into the world of parenting coaching began with my own experiences as a mother, facing the challenges and joys of raising children while striving to maintain a sense of self and purpose. My Story: After the birth of my first child, I encountered postpartum depression (PPD) that lasted for over 10 months. It was one of the most challenging times of my life, filled with self-doubt and overwhelming emotions. But amidst the darkness, I discovered an inner strength that propelled me to take control of my life and find a way to be the best parent I could be. This transformative journey led me to deeply explore the principles of effective parenting, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. My Mission: I am on a mission to empower 500,000 parents globally to cultivate confidence, build deep connections with their children, and experience true freedom in their parenting journey. I believe that every parent deserves to feel empowered and supported, and that by sharing the right tools and strategies, we can create happier families and brighter futures for our children. My Approach: Through Inspire Parenting Hub, I offer a blend of practical, evidence-based strategies and empathetic support to help parents navigate the complexities of raising children. My programs are designed to foster confidence, connection, and freedom—three core values that guide my work and life. My Credentials: With over 11 years of experience in parenting coaching and child development, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of parents worldwide. My work has been recognized with several awards, including the IIWA award for Best Parenting Coach, and I’ve been featured on platforms like Zee News, Daily Hunt, and Femina magazine. I’m also a certified life coach for kids and a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach, which enables me to offer a holistic approach to parenting.
