I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education (EdD) at Teesside University, building on my extensive background in educational leadership and management. With over a decade of experience in the education sector, I serve as the Head of Academics at Step4Progress and Director of Step4Training, where I lead the development and delivery of high-quality academic programs. My roles involve coordinating curriculum areas, ensuring successful learner retention and progression, and overseeing quality assurance processes for various educational qualifications. My academic qualifications include a Master's in Education Studies (MA.Ed) from Roehampton University, a PGCE in Further Education from Christ Church Canterbury University, and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wales. These credentials, combined with my practical experience, equip me with a unique perspective on educational management and training. In addition to managing academic programs, I have a strong focus on vocational education and special needs teaching, having worked across diverse educational settings such as Haringey Enfield and Southgate College, and Winway College. I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments and supporting students of all backgrounds to achieve their potential.
