I had such a great session with Leena! I booked a 30-min slot to get her perspective on how to better frame myself for future opportunities and aspects to focus on wrt my personal development in Design Operations; she went above and beyond. She noticed I was rushing through the call and offered to extend the call so we could deep dive without pressure. Her insights on role framing and areas to focus on were incredibly thoughtful and actionable. Truly grateful for her time and generosity. Thank you so much Leena!
