I’ve spent over two decades navigating the world of fintech and blockchain, leading large-scale projects that blend innovation with real-world application. I’ve been fortunate to work with one of the top 10 global blockchain platforms, where I spearheaded the development of key decentralized systems, driving on-chain governance and consensus-building initiatives. Due to current commitments, I’m unable to disclose the specific platform, but my work involved leading cross-functional teams of over 200 engineers and securing substantial funding to scale blockchain infrastructure, all while pushing the boundaries of what's possible in decentralized finance. Providing advice to the UK Government on CBDCs has allowed me to present innovation of Blockchain technologies such as privacy based Smart Contracts, Zero Knowledge proofs and how blockchain can scale to challenge the expectations of traditional finance. Now, as CTO at XIO, I’m leveraging these experiences to build next-generation trading tools that combine AI, automation, and blockchain technology. My focus is on creating solutions that empower traders with real-time insights while simplifying complex financial processes. Throughout my career, whether working in traditional financial markets or the emerging world of decentralized systems, I’ve always been passionate about using technology to create meaningful change.
