Ltd., where I oversee operations ranging from fermentation and distillation to blending, quality control, and production planning. My expertise extends to multi-pressure vacuum distillation, fed-batch fermentation, and managing IMFL and CL production with stringent quality standards. Over the years, I have consistently delivered results, such as maintaining zero market complaints on quality and effectively managing complex production schedules. I am well-versed in excise compliance, SAP systems, and procurement coordination.
