I learnt basics of entertainment law at NYFA when I was learning film Production, and having come back home, it was the perfect timing for me to learn more about entertainment law in India. As a Producer, and a non-lawyer I was able to follow all the concepts as the ppt was broken down to the T and Pria was always available to answer questions at the end of the class. I would even reach out to Pria with additional scenarios and specific questions and she was so kind to take the time to answer them and guide me. This class is a great investment for not just lawyers and law students, but speaking as a non-lawyer, if you are a Producer, you gotta take this class with Pria. In the real world as a producer you are gona read contracts even though you hire a lawyer. Also specific things like I requested for the video to be uploaded in a format that I can rewind 10 seconds back and forward like YouTube and Pria’s team was able to do it right away.
