Lavesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and has a Bachelor of Commerce from H.R.COLLEGE OF COMMERCE & ECONOMICS (Ranked as one of the best colleges for commerce in India. He has experience in handling family dispute settlements, Income tax and Indirect tax litigations, scrutiny and compliance. He has also worked in Statutory Audit, transaction structuring and advised on FEMA regulations. Currently working in the Distributed Renewable Energy domain in Reliance Industries Ltd, wherein he is working in setting up end-to-end business processes and functions i.e. devising financial and business models, corporate structures, business frameworks. Also, working on secretarial, legal, tax and financial reporting aspects. He is also working in evaluation and bidding of Government tenders related to Renewable energy business.
