Fresher CA - Job guidance?

I help fresher graduates and chartered accountants with job/career guidance, who all are just starting their careers. I’m myself a qualified CA and CFA L2 candidate, working with HCLTech in FP&A domain. This is for those people who are either confused which domain to select and how to target certain areas.
