Over the years I have understood that though the tasks may be repetitive but we can always do it a little different. The objective of my role is to kindle the spirit of making a difference in the organization which helps build the organization culture and people practices. My signature strength as an HR Business Partner and a Leadership Facilitator has helped to translate business strategy into HR goals that improve performance, engagement, skills, ultimately impacting profitability and growth. My current role evolves around handling all the aspects related to building a team of engaged and performing people. It also requires building agility among them thereby improving the adaptability to the changing market environment. Currently I am responsible to design and develop the implementation framework across the organization related to Learning & Development, Culture Building activities. Enhance the preparedness among the employees to change. Areas of expertise include Organisation Culture, Collaboration, Leadership Development, Organisational Agility and Transformational Change My passion for the domain is predominantly driven by the fact that "People Build People".
