Lalit spent 3 years with Barclays Investment Bank as Sr. Test Analyst and lead their L&D CoP (for testing) which was primarily responsible for rolling out the latest testing practices in Barclays (RST and CDT based), as part of Innov8 (an organization-wide program). He has also worked as founder and director of the Technology Excellence Group for Testers, at TCS-Cisco. Has worked as a consultant on demand for various project teams across Barclays group especially to implement RST/CDT in testing projects, along with other things. He is a Lead Instructor with AST (Association for Software Testing, USA) for its BBST Foundations classes & also taught a Rapid Software Testing full-day class at Barclays. Lalit regularly assists James Bach in his Rapid Testing Intensive Online training. He is an active member of local testing groups and has been spoken at a number of international testing conferences and expert panels.
