Product Teardown (3 hrs total)

Congratulations! You have a cool idea and now you've (hopefully) started working towards your product goals. In this session, I will give you targeted feedback depending on where you are in your product development process (Ideation - Requirements - Build - User Acceptance). Save time, effort and money by getting timely unbiased feedback. We will meet 2 times:

Part #1 - Discovery Call: We will spend 1 hour understanding your business landscape, your customers, your use cases and problem areas. Expect several follow up questions as I try to understand your business goals quickly. To stay laser focussed, we will also establish where you are in your product development lifecycle and the type of feedback you are seeking. I will provide immediate actionable feedback that you can takeaway from our first session.

<Make sure you give me access to your product so I can review it thoroughly offline after our 1st session. We will regroup after 2-3 weeks for part 2>

Part #2 - Product Teardown: This is a 2 hour session where you will receive a product teardown report that will cover all usability issues and feature gaps identified. In this session, we will also cover recommendations for improvement, metrics and user testing to ensure you are measuring your changes and testing this appropriately with your users.
