Hi, I’m Lakshita, currently pursuing my MBA at ISB (PGP YL) and will be joining McKinsey as a Junior Associate. Before ISB, I worked in strategy consulting at L.E.K. Consulting, and throughout my journey I’ve spent a lot of time figuring out the same things many of you might be navigating now: building a strong profile, applying to B-schools, preparing for interviews, breaking into consulting, and making career decisions. I was fortunate to receive the ISB Emerging Leaders 100% Merit Scholarship and have also been involved in leadership initiatives at ISB as the President of Women in Business.
