About me

As a Manager at Intel Corporation, I work with the Leadership team to design and implement the company's CSR strategy, aligning it with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Reporting Initiative standards. I also conduct research and analysis on the best practices and emerging trends in CSR, diversity and inclusion, I handle legal and compliance and provide recommendations and insights to the senior management and stakeholders. In addition, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various CSR projects, ranging from education, skilling to social justice. I manage the budget, partnerships, due diligence, monitoring, and reporting of the CSR funds, ensuring transparency and accountability. I also participated in interfaith dialogue and pilgrimage programs, as part of my fellowship with the Foundation for Universal Responsibility . I have a Master's degree in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. I am fluent in Russian and have a certificate in Indian sign language. I have a keen interest in languages and linguistics, as well as in poetry and storytelling. I have published a book titled 'Simple Things', which is a collection of poems, quotes, and subtle musings. I am inspired by the work of kahil Gibran and William Blake. I believe everything in life connects backwards and therefore one must not stop exploring.
