He is part of FP&A team at Unilever and is responsible for Forecasting and Governance of Trade Spends worth 3000 cr +. By leveraging his expertise in financial planning and analysis, he has been able to provide valuable insights into the performance of marketing initiatives and help drive strategic decision-making. In the past Lakshay has worked as a Consultant with the Finance & Performance practice at Deloitte with an experience of 3.5+ years across Audit of listed and non-listed entities. Lakshay was a core member of the audit team in over 10 client engagements, with a strong focus on the Hotel Industry. He also highlighted significant process improvements in the client’s internal processes including standard workflow templates, thereby ensuring standardization and improved quality control of work.
