About me

I am a passionate and purpose-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of academic excellence, leadership, and global impact. Currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at XLRI, Jamshedpur, I am proud to rank 3rd in my batch, and earning a place on the Dean’s Merit List twice. My academic journey has been enriched by significant leadership experiences, including serving as the Secretary of the Student Council at NIT Kurukshetra and leading initiatives in the Academic, Social Empowerment Committee (Sigma-Oikos) and Sher e Punjab Association at XLRI. Recognized with the Oikos International Community Impact Award, I am deeply committed to fostering cross-cultural collaboration and driving meaningful change in diverse communities. Gaining international exposure through the IESEG France Exchange Program further broadened my perspective, allowing me to immerse myself in a multicultural academic environment and strengthen my understanding of global business practices. Additionally, my preparation for the UPSC Civil Services Exam honed my analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, giving me a well-rounded perspective on complex societal and organizational challenges.
