Hello, my name is Laasya! I'm a social entrepreneur, neuroscience/neurotechnology enthusiast, and pre-med aspirant. I am really passionate about the overlapping fields of neuroscience and machine learning, computational neuroscience, neuroethics, and all the endless possibilities of BCI technology, and I'm avidly searching for opportunities to get involved in the global neurotech research and community. I've always had an infinite imagination, and I'm driven by my passion for changing the world one smile at a time. I founded my non-profit tech start-up, UNMUTE, with a vision to cultivate a global community of support and acceptance for all through utilizing new, innovative technology and a plethora of accessible and efficient stress-management and mindfulness programs and services to empower the youth to embrace their true identities and voices. I am also actively working with various social-impact-driven organizations and initiatives to constantly make an impact on our evolving society and world.
