I'm Kushal, an aspiring actuary and B.Com graduate from H.R. College of Commerce & Economics, HSNC University, where I graduated with a 9.0 CGPA. I've cleared 7 IFoA papers (CM1, CM2, CS1, CS2, CB1, CB2, CP3) as I work toward a career in actuarial science, with a particular interest in finance and risk. On the work front, I gained hands-on experience as a Finance Intern at ION Analytics, where I researched global bond issuances and extracted data from company reports to support investment insights and financial market evaluation. Earlier, I interned with India's International Movement to Unite Nations, helping organize large-scale academic events and coordinating with schools across Bangalore. Outside of academics, I've taken on several leadership roles — serving as Head of the Technical Department for Naandi Festival, Vice President of the Competitive Examination Guidance Cell, and Head of the Music Department at Cascade Club, H.R. College. These roles earned me Best Organizer Awards in 2022, 2023, and 2019, along with a Best Committee Member Award at GBMUN. Beyond the professional side, I'm an avid reader across both fiction and non-fiction, and I make it a point to stay active through regular workouts. I've also trained in Kalaripayattu, one of the oldest martial art forms in the world — a discipline that's taught me a lot about focus, patience, and pushing past my limits, values I try to carry into my professional life as well.
