Hi, I’m Kushagra. I’m currently working as a Brand Manager at Nykaa, where I’ve spent the last 1.4 years driving growth and category expansion in the wellness and personal care space. I did my MBA from IIM Lucknow, majoring in Strategy, Marketing, and Operations. My experience so far has been at the intersection of brand building and business, working closely with internal teams, external brands, and senior leaders to build campaigns, improve visibility, and drive revenue. Outside of work, I come from a strong sports background- I’ve played International Cricket and still follow the game actively. I enjoy breaking down consumer behavior, writing occasionally, and mentoring juniors on career strategy, which I’ve now started doing more formally. I'm passionate about building consumer-first brands and am always looking for high-ownership, high-learning opportunities.
