With 25 years of experience in leadership talent identification and assessment, both in-house and consultancy, I have successfully completed executive search assignments across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific, covering all business functions. I am a certified Hogan's Psychometric Assessment administrator and interpreter, a BPS Personality Test User, certified DISC user and an NLP Master Practitioner. I use these skills and tools to help candidates and clients understand their strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations, and to provide coaching and feedback throughout the hiring process. I am an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching (AC). I am also passionate about mentoring and supporting diverse and underrepresented talent, and I volunteer as an employment mentor at myGwork and the Terrence Higgins Trust.
