I am an HR professional who helps organization to achieve business goals by creating optimal manpower solutions. I completed my MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur where I learnt different dimensions of HR in depth & how it can add value to business in current times . I hold an engineering degree from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai. I interned at Natwest Group, erstwhile known as Royal Bank of Scotland, where I created an HR strategy to increase the digital quotient of the banking employees in the tech dept, securing a PPO for the same. Prior to this, I worked at Kotak Group & Indusind bank where I worked across banking and insurance services. I am currently working in the CHRO's office as a Human Resource Manager at Welspun (An Indian conglomerate involved in FMCD, Steel , Energy , Infrastructure , Logistics Warehousing) As a group HR candidate I am involved in a gamut of HR tasks such as HRBP , HR Strategy , Comp & Benefits , L&D , Employee Relations , Performance Management , Succession Planning , Rewards in the above business functions.
