I set up and designed a proper framework for CRM & Naukri transaction flow, which was decentralized for a long time. This charter broadly covers building strategic AI-based signals for Naukri Enterprise's growth. It involves developing comprehensive indicators around corporate client acquisition, retention, and attrition. Apart from it, I single-handedly led B2C Naukri Fast Forward (~ ₹100Cr revenue business) data science division. It broadly covers recommendation systems, AI-powered profile enrichment to improve rank in recruiter search, and lead management systems for monetization.
