I’ve been working in backend development and system design for a little over 10 years now, mostly building products that actually get used and make a difference. I started out in service-based companies and later moved into product-focused roles, so I’ve seen both sides and the different challenges they bring. Over time, I’ve also led teams and taken part in hiring, doing interviews and helping to pick the right people. One thing I genuinely enjoy is mentoring - whether that’s giving career advice, reviewing resumes, or helping someone get more confident before an interview. I keep things practical and share what’s worked for me or what I’ve learned from working with strong teams.
