Hi! I am Kumar Sourav and am living in Germany since 2015. Having been in the country for a long time and has given be immense knowledge regarding professional aspects, code of conduct in Germany. Professionally I am a group leader in one of the renowned renewable organisation. I am also a DAAD awardee. Do you want to know more? :) I am a triple master graduate and six-sigma black belt certified professional having background in Mechanical, Production and General Management. I have diverse experience in automobile, aerospace and renewable industries. To be fair, I am not a specialised professional rather I am a problem solver who takes challenges in any part of the value chain of any industry. That allows me to be flexible and use my diverse knowledge from studies and well as experience. My accomplishments being digitalisation implementation inside the final assembly lines of Airbus including change management, ASPICE methodology implementation inside Audi, to name a few. Currently, I am on a very exciting path to changing the way we do business inside renewables industry and in parallel also solving some small (yet impactful) challenges of my home country. I also see the advanced use of machine learning and how it is driving FMCG or B2B business, hence that is also a hobby which I am slowly grasping.
