This is Kumar Parth, currently working as Cloud Infra Analyst in US based firm. Apart from this I am a keen enthusiast eager to learn and grow in Research & Development (R&D), along with mastering IPR techniques and fundamentals. As a Patent R&D enthusiast with a fervent passion for innovation and intellectual property, I bring innovative ideas to project preparation. During my journey, I have had the privilege of delving deep into the world of patents, honing my skills in patent research, analysis, and strategy formulation. This journey has not only enriched my understanding of intellectual property but has also equipped me with practical knowledge and expertise in navigating the complexities of patent law and innovation management. Apart from this, I have my own patents published, and with prototypes prepared, I have presented them to many incubation centers for commercialization. I was part of the ACIC RISE Association, honored by NITI Aayog, Government of India. There, I worked on various ideas and learned how to transform them into patents, assisting in startup preparation. I focus on developing innovative ideas independently, ensuring their protection from unauthorized use in the future while also enabling individuals to profit from their ideas. I have presented myself as a speaker at various levels, including colleges, communities, such as Google Communities, and many more.
