With a strong engineering background in aeronautics and manufacturing and a business management credential from XLRI, Kulathendral has a unique combination of technical and managerial skills that enable him to drive innovation and growth at VGL Group. He has successfully launched multiple new product lines, improved operational efficiency, and fostered a culture of innovation within the organization. He has also mentored and supported several startups and entrepreneurs through the VGL accelerator program.
