With over 11 years of hands-on software engineering experience, I am a passionate and versatile leader who thrives on delivering innovative solutions that address complex challenges. My field of expertise is SaaS, Cloud, AI and Enterprise Software systems such as building CRM, BI, ERP, etc. I am currently looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge to create value for organizations that share my vision of harnessing technology for social good. Looking for engineering leadership opportunities for the most part to maximize not only my prior experience in this area but also maximize my impact / value for the right initiative.
In my most recent role as a Software Engineering Manager at SparkCognition, I managed the internal customer expectations and backend product roadmap for the Oil&Gas Maintenance Advisor (OGMA) AI offering. I led a team of developers, improved the software architecture, and delivered features and functionality improvements on a bi-weekly cadence. I also leveraged my skills in C#, databases, and software development to oversee the SaaS deployment and customer support teams. I was responsible for ensuring the quality, scalability, and availability of the OGMA AI product line, as well as providing excellent customer service and training.
