I have pursued my MBA from IIM Indore, during which I interned at Amazon, where I developed and implemented a go-to-market strategy, enabling B2B partnerships for channel partners' gifting and employee gifting. I have built an annual sales pipeline of 70 cr INR, generating 23+ B2B leads across eight sectors, and delivered sales pitches to 20+ B2B clients with an overall conversion rate of 60%. I worked as an Associate - NGO Partnerships at GiveIndia, where I played a key role in identifying and onboarding 650+ new NGOs, handling funds worth Rs. 1.3 cr/month for 10k+ beneficiaries, improving donor retention by 10%. I also spearheaded end-to-end due diligence of all new NGO onboardings, co-managed 600+ donor subscription programs, and led the contract management of 270+ NGOs, 6 state govt. & the Army for COVID relief, impacting 6.2M people.
