With over 14+ years of experience in the IT industry (both Product and consulting companies), I am currently Lead Consultant at Thoughtworks, where I help create, nurture, and grow innovative and mission-critical products for different companies. I engage with key client stakeholders and help them make decisions that balance their short-term interests with the long-term success of the product. I also develop and own Product roadmaps and align them to OKRs that can be pitched to the business stakeholders and the management board. I am passionate about the upcoming technologies and digital disruption in various domains, such as BFSI, Automobiles, and Interior Design. I have worked with clients from different geographies, including the United Kingdom, East Asia, Middle East, and Europe, helping them to do the digital transformation. I love building awesome products with passionate and creative engineering teams, using agile methodologies and data-driven approaches.
