6 years of relevant experience working on - DFT features like MBIST , TAP , BSCAN , SCAN/ATPG. I have extensively worked on MBIST holding a good knowledge of various tool flows like Mentors Logic Vision and Tessent etc for Insertion. Validated MBIST at Block level and SoC level to ensure that generated hardware is verified thoroughly before signing off . Also worked on Shared bus memory architecture.
