About me
I'm Krupa Swathi Varah, a proud working mom, wife, daughter and a helping hand to many.
When I first came to Germany in 2018, I found it really difficult to understand the processes around jobs, visas, and the many layers of paperwork. My husband and I had to figure everything out on our own—from how to apply for jobs and prepare for interviews, to navigating the visa system and local bureaucracy. It wasn’t easy, but we gained a lot of valuable experience through it all.
Over time, even without a formal education in Germany, I’ve applied to many jobs, attended several interviews, and learned how to make an application truly stand out in the German job market. I’ve helped friends and others improve their resumes, prepare for interviews, and find job opportunities. I realized that many people face the same confusion I once did, and I find real joy in helping them find clarity and confidence.
As a parent, I’ve gone through the entire journey of handling paperwork like Elterngeld, Kindergeld, getting a birth certificate, and even finding a Hebamme (midwife). These things are especially overwhelming for newcomers or anyone unfamiliar with the system.
Being a German citizen now, I feel even more responsible and happy to share everything I’ve learned—so that others can settle in smoothly, feel supported, and enjoy their life in Germany without unnecessary stress.
