Ms. Krupa Nishar, holding a B.A. in Psychology from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, excelled by securing the top rank and a Gold medal in M.Sc. Forensic Psychology at Gujarat Forensic Sciences University. With a teaching and research background of two and a half years at the National Forensic Sciences University, she has actively applied her expertise to more than 50 criminal cases. 🎓🏅🕵️‍♀️ Her diverse research interests encompass Forensic Psychological Investigative methods, criminology, penology, and police psychology. Notably, she has trained numerous Indian and International Police officers and has been invited as a resource person at prestigious platforms such as IIM Ahmedabad, St. Xaviers College Mumbai, University of Madras, and TEDx events, conducting workshops on the practical aspects of Forensic Psychology. 🌐👩‍🏫🤝 In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Nishar has made significant contributions outside the classroom. Her paper was selected at the Maharashtra Human Rights Commission, marking her as the youngest author. This recognition underscores her impact and influence in the field of human rights. 📄🌐👩‍💻 She has also emerged as a prominent figure in the media, having been interviewed by TV journalists for news channels on crucial issues such as the Aftab murder case and the Tunisha Sharma suicide case. Recently appointed as the Project Director for ‘A study of factors responsible for recidivism’ in Tihar, Dasna, and Bhondsi prisons in the NCR region, she collaborates with the Bureau of Police Research and Development, Ministry of Home Affairs. 📺📊🏛️ Beyond academia and research, Ms. Nishar plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through the research process, from conceptualizing ideas to designing methodologies, executing and collecting data, conducting analyses, and writing reports for their masters' dissertations, doctoral theses, or projects. 📚👩‍🎓 Further adding to her impressive portfolio, Ms. Nishar has made her debut on Amazon Prime India as a Forensic Psychologist, contributing to the review of a defense start-up.
