Reverse Recruitment

The process works by managing your job search end-to-end. I will apply to relevant opportunities on your behalf, customize and tailor your resume for each role, and reach out to recruiters directly through your LinkedIn profile to maximize visibility and response rates.

The engagement is typically structured over one month. Depending on market conditions, role availability, and your target location, I generally cover between 50–80 highly relevant job applications. In cases where the number of suitable opportunities is lower, the engagement may be extended over two months to ensure we focus on quality rather than quantity.

Throughout the process, I will:

• Tailor your resume for each application

• Apply to relevant job opportunities on your behalf

• Conduct recruiter outreach through LinkedIn

• Maintain a detailed application tracker

• Share weekly progress updates and reports

• Provide complete transparency on all applications submitted and strategies used

This ensures you have full visibility into the job search process while I handle the time-consuming aspects of sourcing opportunities, customizing applications, and recruiter engagement.
