Transaction Documents (SSA & SHA)

We craft comprehensive Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreements tailored to your company's specific needs. The service fee will include 3 rounds of internal discussions and changes, if required. A 60 minutes initial call to understand your requirements and a 30 minutes call to discuss the changes in each draft (SSA & SHA, i.e., a total of 60 minutes) will also be included in the service fee, whereafter the discussions on call will be chargeable.

Note: A larger transaction with more than 1 (one) investor would involve a higher service fee. Negotiations on the SSA/ SHA will be charged separately.
