Share Subscription Agreement (SSA)

The service fee will include 3 rounds of internal discussions and changes, if required. A 20 minutes initial call to understand your requirements and a 30 minutes call to discuss the changes in a draft will also be included in the service fee, whereafter the discussions on call will be chargeable.

Note: A larger transaction with more than 1 (one) investor would involve a higher service fee. Negotiations on the SSA will be charged separately.
