Shareholders' Agreement (SHA)

We will craft a comprehensive Shareholders' Agreement tailored to protect your company's interests and maintain harmonious stakeholder relationships. We meticulously structure agreements that clearly define shareholders' rights, responsibilities, and restrictions, including voting rights, share transfer protocols, dividend policies, and exit mechanisms. Our service ensures proper governance frameworks, dispute resolution procedures, and minority shareholder protections while aligning with your business objectives and relevant corporate laws. We work closely with you to understand your specific needs and develop provisions that safeguard your company's future growth and stability.

The service fee will include 3 rounds of internal discussions and changes, if required. A 20 minutes initial call to understand your requirements and a 30 minutes call to discuss the changes in a draft will also be included in the service fee, whereafter the discussions on call will be chargeable.

Note: A larger transaction with more than 1 (one) investor would involve a higher service fee. Negotiations on the SHA will be charged separately.
