Process set up - ATS, interview scheduling, tech hiring retro, TAT for recruitment lifecycle, onboarding new members, sourcing workflow automation, glassdoor reviews etc. ✅ Responsible for building teams from scratch for GIC’s like Adessa India and Kmart to re-platform from existing architecture of monolithic platform to microservices-based platform. ✅ Global talent sourcing experience in the US, India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Egypt, Turkey, Philippines, Ukraine, Poland, Russia, and Australia. ✅ Successfully coached and mentor my team of 5 recruiters across APAC, helping them scale on social media sourcing techniques, boolean search capabilities, recruitment marketing, candidate engagement & management and offer negotiation. ✅ Led sourcing team for IMDA virtual career fair (organized by Ministry of Manpower, Singapore) with 50+ clients participating in the event. Also have exposure sourcing on Stackoverflow, Twitter, and Meetup. ✅ Use tools to automate and speed up the sourcing process. ✅ Used free email campaign tools to engage passive candidates and consistently maintained a 40% average response rate for e-mails & LinkedIn InMails in the APAC market. ✅ Completed 16 levels in sourcing games and am on pause now because of the arrival of my daughter Inaaya.
