Having worked with multiple domains such as Digital Banking, Corporate Investment Banking, Telecommunications and Media Technology, He has been successful in bringing together his diversified experience and his methodical approach to implement the right Testing processes at its best. He expertise is forming a cost effective Testing model and deliver the services as TaaS (Testing as a Service) that included, Functional, Data migration, System Integration, Automation, Operability and Performance testing of the Web-based, Mobile and Desktop based applications. He has been successful in managing the test team of more than 100+ resources successfully and transformed multiple projects simultaneously. He has been a strong people manager by successfully mentoring and bringing up the best leadership community within an organization rather than recruiting outside talent. He has expertise in working under CoE model and setting up the test process and governance mechanisms accordingly. He has an eye for detail, perform gap analysis and contribute towards cost-effective process optimization.
