I am a passionate UX designer with a strong foundation from the National Institute of Design (NID, Bengaluru, R&D Campus). Currently, I’m part of the Microsoft Technology for Social Impact (TSI) Division, working on the Community Training platform, an Azure-powered online learning tool for diverse community training programs. Previously, I contributed to the Microsoft Security Division, designing accessible experiences for Microsoft Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Management solutions. This role involved user research, usability testing, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure our solutions were both secure and user-friendly. In addition to UX design, I am an emerging accessibility designer, committed to making products inclusive and usable by people of all abilities. I continuously expand my knowledge in this crucial field. Before joining Microsoft, I was a Senior Designer at Zensar, where I mentored a team of three designers on a challenging Fintech project. My role included leading design sprints, conducting user research, and creating design solutions for complex user needs, which enhanced my leadership and mentoring skills. My design journey began in the startup world, gaining experience across sectors like Agritech, Edtech, and Grocery Tech. These roles allowed me to engage in user research, interface design, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams. Throughout my career, I have honed a skill set in user research, interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability testing. Proficient in tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision, I also have experience with agile development methodologies and creating responsive, adaptive designs. Driven by a passion for creating products that positively impact users’ lives, I believe great design solves real problems and delivers value. I am constantly seeking to learn and grow, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in UX design.
